Been charged £3.00 from 85559 when it shouldve only cost £1.50. What can i do to get my money back without contacting a premium rate number.
Can't you just call your mobile phone company for free? They'll know what's going on.
What company are they?
I found this on Channel 5 website in a competition bit;
What is the maximum UK motorway speed limit?
To enter text A, B or C to 85559
Or call 0904 16 19 555
Or post answer, name & contact phone number to
Fifth Gear 177, PO Box 46556, London, N1 0WW
Calls cost £1.50 from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may vary and from mobiles will cost considerably more. Texts cost £1.50 + 1 message at standard network rate. To decline marketing texts end SMS with NO INFO. Entries received after the competition closes will not count but may be charged. For rules go to www.five.tv/win. Lines close at midday on Thursday 29th July and 3 days later for postal entries.
This is who they are;
MIG (Mobile Interactive Group) Ltd
The Tower Building
11 York Road
0870 248 0277
Thanks for the information. I've also had trouble with making texts to this number in the past.
